The financial aid application deadline for Transfer and Combined Plan candidates for Fall 2024 is Friday, March 1, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. (applicant's local time).
We understand there is currently uncertainty caused by issues with the FAFSA Simplification roll-out, and applicants will not be penalized for FAFSA applications received after the deadline. Applicants who complete all other components of our financial aid application by the deadline can expect to receive a detailed estimate of their financial aid eligibility at the time of admission, including their Net Cost for the 2024-2025 academic year. Please review Financial Aid & Educational Financing's application instructions for further information, as well as the appropriate school codes for Columbia College and Columbia Engineering.
Financial aid application tracking is available now. Please allow 5-8 business days for application materials to be processed and reflected online. As universities currently do not have access to FAFSA information, the FAFSA requirement will continue to show as "Not Received" in tracking. Other application materials received after the deadline will be processed without penalty, but may delay the financial aid evaluation.
