Information Sessions last one hour and are conducted by members of the Admissions Committee. The Sessions offer you the opportunity to learn more about the Columbia undergraduate experience – Columbia College, Columbia Engineering, the Core Curriculum, New York City, academic advising, research, internships, residential life, extracurricular activities, financial aid, requirements for admission, and other topics.
All information sessions begin in the Visitors Center, located in Room 213 of Low Memorial Library. Please visit the interactive map of campus to help you navigate your visit. Reservations for information sessions are strongly recommended and required for groups over 10. If your plans have changed, you do not need to formally cancel your reservation. Please note, there are certain dates that will be closed once room capacity is reached. For those dates, walk-ins will not be permitted.
