Health Education and Awareness League (HEAL) volunteers teach health awareness to middle-school children attending public schools in Harlem. Volunteers also meet weekly to create a dynamic and interactive curriculum, covering preventative health, nutrition, drugs, careers in health professions and other relevant topics.
