Our education classes for adults are overseen by C.I.'s Jobs and Education Empowerment Project (J.E.E.P) program which helps adult residents of the neighborhood further their education and find jobs. Programs operate on the Columbia University and Barnard College campuses. We offer TASC, Spanish TASC, ESOL and CUNY Assessment Test (CAT) Prep support. Once you register for TASC you will be asked to sit a placement test to determine your readiness to sit the TASC test. In addition there is support for job and college applications. Likewise, particpants intending to take ESOL classes will be assessed as to their level of English proficiency.
