Toddler Learning Center (TLC) is an early childhood education program for toddlers from Harlem and Morningside Heights. Volunteers engage toddlers in interactive and educational activities via an anti-bias, play-based curriculum geared to help toddlers enjoy learning. TLC volunteers provide program activities on Saturdays from 10:00am - 2:00pm.
