Faye McNeill

Associate Professor, Chemical Engineering

“A big part of what we do is to communicate the results of our work to modelers. The fundamental information we get in the lab will eventually find its way into better climate models.”

Professor McNeill, who studies Atmospheric Chemistry, received a prestigious CAREER Award from the National Science Foundation to fund her research on one of the biggest problems facing climate scientists: how aerosol particles and ice in the environment profoundly influence Earth's climate and atmosphere.
